Applying Agile Principles to Roofstops

During quarter 3 projects, my group created Roofstops.

We valued everyones input, and split the app by user stories and components.

To maintain the velocity of the project and make our due date, we had to figure out what needed to continue, be added or stopped.

Stopping was the hardest, and in our User Stories there is an Icebox for all stories that get stopped.

However, by doing so we were able to make our deadline for MVP and present.
